Returns

Return or exchange item within 30 days will be effective after receiving the item. 30 days money back guarantee from the date of delivery, Please follow the policy:

  1. To request return information, please contact us at support@shoppersnett.com within 14 days after you receive the parcel. Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received the item.
  2. We do not accept merchandise for return unless items are defective that was caused by seller, in which case they will be replaced, subject to availability, or refunded at buyers discretion.
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, packed well in the same condition that you received it, and the re-sale is uninfluenced. It must also be in the original packaging.
  4. Gifts redeemed are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. All the cost caused by the returning shall be borne by the buyer.
  6. The receipt and clear photos of the returned parcel are required after the buyer sends the parcel. Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.

Some situations when only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  1. The item is not in the original condition, damaged or missing parts that were not caused by the manufacturer.
  2. The item was returned more than 30 days after the day it was received.

Some situations when seller can't refund(if applicable):

  1. Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected.
  2. The packing box is opened/damaged will not be accepted for return.
  3. The parcel lost in the returned shipping, and the seller never receive the returned parcel.
  4. The Buyer refuses, or has not yet returned the order to the return address included with the order, located in the box.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
